Calming Hot Chocolate

During these colder months of the year, it’s important to stay fuelled up! This Hot Chocolate recipe will make sure you'll feel relaxed. It destresses your body because of the Maca and Ashwagandha. These two are adaptogens which means it will adapt to the specific needs of the body. And above all cacao makes us happier! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ts cacao powder
  • ¼ ts cinnamon
  • 2 dates
  • 1 ts maca powder
  • 1 ts ashwagandha root, powder
  • 1 ts nutmeg
  • pinch vanilla powder
  • 400 ml cashew milk or any other kind of milk

Recipe:

1. Mix everything in a blender for 60 seconds until everything looks smooth and creamy. 

2. Heat the Milk and enjoy!
