Start your busy week with this simple trick to energize: Kapalabhati.
Simply sit with vertical straight spine, bring your hands to your knees or up to the sky. Take a deep inhale, and with a powerful and sharp exhale contract the abdominal muscles and diaphragm - giving an inward push to the abdominal area. Bring your focus to the abdominal area. It decreases CO2 and enriches the blood with oxygen. It provides an awaken of dormant areas of the nervous system, and almost all tissues of the body will vibrate.
It is amazing for re-energizing and cleaning ego tricks ;)
